He is survived by: his wife Adela L. Garza; his daughters, Mely Ybarbo (Johnny), Lydia De La Rosa (Oscar Sr.), Norma Longoria (Robert) and Anna Munoz (Ciro); his grandchildren, Oscar De La Rosa Jr. (Alicia), JD De La Rosa (Jovanna), Debra Flores (Joe), Val Longoria (Elvia), Erik Longoria, Alberto Garza III (Vivian), Laura Guerra (Fred) and Krystal Lopez; his siblings, Jose Garza, Estela Rodriguez and Serafina Rodriguez; and his caregivers, Guillermina Cardenas, Paula Torres (Socorro), Carmen De La Fuente and Diana Zuniga. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
