He is survived by: his wife Selena Aguirre; his sons, Derek Malekai Rodriguez and Devin Michael Rodriguez; his mother Elsa Rodriguez; his siblings, Daniel Rodriguez, Jr., David Rodriguez (Theresa) and Stephanie Rodriguez (Johnny); and his grandparents, Juan and Olga Castillo. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
