She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlin Acrey and Madgie Hudman Acrey; her husband Billy Howard Churchman; her sons, Joe, Michael, Bill and Wayne Churchman; and her siblings, Dorothy Acrey, Bob Tinkle and Loraine Nix.
She is survived by: her children, Regena Churchman and Max Lee Churchman (Janice); and her siblings, Billie Davis and Joe Mac Acrey (Rhonda). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
