She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Castro Medrano; her parents, Fred B. Perez and Christine Perez Briseno; and her sister Christine P. Salinas. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Medrano Trujillo and Bobbi Medrano Leos; her stepdaughter Loretta Alcoser; her siblings, Martha Curling, Edna Champion, Rebecca Cisneros, Fred Perez, Joe Perez and Edward Perez; and her grandchildren, Christopher Trujillo, Isabella Trujillo, Lauren Rodela, Giovanni Alaquinez, Dallas Tenorio and Daniel Rey Leos.
