He was predeceased by: his parents, Auvina G. Garcia and Roberto Rodriguez; his brother Noberto Rodriguez (late Irma); his uncles, Ariel J. Garcia and Arnold J. Garcia; his aunt Carolyn J. Garcia; and his grandparents, Leonides Garcia, Domitila Garcia and Eloy Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Gina M. Turella-Garcia; his son Aaron V. Garcia; his mother-in-law Patricia Turella; his cousins, Adrienne G. Cervantez, Blanca G. Fonseca (Joey), John Huizar (Lydia), Robert Cervantez and Raiden Cervantez; and his siblings, BabeRuth Rodriguez (Elena), Joanne Trevino (Robert), Robert Rodriguez Jr. and JoAnn Rodriguez (George). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home (1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218). A rosary was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
