Winona G. Maxey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winona G. Maxey of San Antonio, Texas, born in Moore, Texas, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henson and Lucile Henson. She is survived by: her husband Orvis Maxey, Jr.; her daughters, Sansa Stock Johnson and Dixie Stock Behe; her grandson Eric Behe; her brothers, Chesley "Radio" Henson and Ben "Butch" Henson; her children, Annie Lawhon, Cindy Randall (Jeff), Gaye Carey (Rich), Toni Lister (Weldon) and Lester Maxey; and her sister Anna Lee McNeil. She is also survived by her grandchildren & great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
