It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Mae Bivins (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Corsey Kelley and Ella Mae Warren; her husband J. C. Bivins, Sr.; her siblings, Arthur Ray Warren, Norvell Warren Palmer and Joseph Kelley; and her son Rodney Bivins.

She is survived by: her children, Melvin Brown Sr. (Cynthia), Daryl Brown (Laura), Ron Bivins (Jennifer), J. C. Bivins, Jr., Tracy Vaughn (Reginald) and Kenneth Bivins; and her siblings, Frankie Warren, Harold Ray Warren, Mary Jane Gilmore, Betty Jean Brown, Corsey Kelley, Jr., Isabel Parker, Annette Castellano, Linda Kelley, Virginia Kelley, Johnny Kelley, Debra Jamrozy and Lawrence Kelley. She is also survived by her sixteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
