Charleston Jr. (Jeri); his brother Lloyd Charleston; his grandchildren, Matthew Carter Jr. (Jacquelyn), Leonard Harvey (Martha) and Michelle Brooks Harvey; and his friends, Alvin Powell, Shirley, Donnie Coleman, Eric V. Lewis Jr., Sharlena Lewis and Debra Bankston. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
