He is survived by: his children, Maximino Vega (Maria Hermelinda), Gaudencio Vega (Maria Dolores), Marcus Vega (Isabel), Rufino Vega (Rosalba), Adelina Vega, Anastacia Vega (Ricardo Ortiz), Gloria Vega, Ana Vega (Joel Cruz), Irma Vega (Antonio Turrubiartes) and Maria Dolores Vega (Humberto Arredondo); and his sister Maria Luisa Vega. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren.
