He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter C. Canizaro M. D. and Sandra Brian Canizaro. He is survived by: his children, Alexander and Andrea; the mother of his children Jenny Moore; his siblings, Peter C. Canizaro IV, Carolyn Canizaro-Orlowsky and Janet Canizaro Boring; and his pets, Zoe and Nala. He is also survived by spouses, nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and countless friends.
