It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma L. Casburn in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jones Cemetery.
