He was predeceased by: his father Vicente Gracia. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Charlie and Mark; his mother Maria L. Gracia; and his siblings, Vicente Gracia Jr. (Maria Alanis), Victor and Veronica Gracia Gutierrez (Amador). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Cornerstone Church (18755 Stone Oak Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78258). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
