He is survived by: his sister Cathy Heckman (Cleveland); his daughter Jennifer Cleveland; his son-in-law Mark Kalamaridis; his grandchildren, Chloe Kalamaridis and Evan Kalamaridis; and his wife Penelope "Penny" Rutherford.
