She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyster Lafayette Conditt and Faye Chaney; her husband Edward Joseph Smith; and her daughter Kari Lee Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony and Shayne Smith; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Emily, Orlando, Jennifer, Celeste, Michael, Edward Joseph Smith II and Adam Joseph Johnson. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
