He is survived by: his wife Teresa V. Moreno; his children, Tommy V. Moreno Jr. (Nancy), Todd Anthony Moreno (JoAnn), Timothy Moreno and Lisa Adela Lopez-Wood (Herlinda); and his sisters, Adela Jean Carrizales and Debbie Berryman (Kenny). He is also survived by grandchildren 16, great grandchildren.
