He was predeceased by: his wife Shanon Figueroa; his nephew Henry Figueroa Jr.; and his parents, Micaela (Tomas Figueroa Sr.) and Tomas. He is survived by: his children, Marisol Arellano, Tommy Figueroa and Daniel Tovar; and his siblings, Isaura Solomon, Josie Vela, Frances Ramos and Enrique Figueroa Sr.. He is also survived by two grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews.
