He is survived by: his father Terry Gene Ardoin; his siblings, Wanda Jeffries (Joe) and Jacques Ardoin (Tina); his nephews, Brandon Jacques and Jacques Jr.; his godparents, Nellard and Helen Brown; his close friends, Will Moreno and Jesse M. Villejas Jr.; and his family, Carolyn Randle, Benjamin Hernandez and Tammy Riley.
Terry's wishes were to donate his body for medical research.
