He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Wise and Estele Wise. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Wise; his stepchildren, Todd Sellars, Kevin Sellars and Tracie Ortega (Greg); and his stepgrandchildren, Gunnar and Ava Ortega.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made by donation in Teddy's name to San Antonio Humane Society.
