It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Socorro B. Mier (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Paula Bernal and Joe M. Bernal; her sister Virginia Gonzalez; her father-in-law Manuel Jesus Mier; and her daughter Martha Leticia Mier-Morales.

She is survived by: her children, Manuel Jesus Mier Jr. (Grace), Paula Alicia Martinez (Rudy) and Patricia Ruby Mier-Rodriguez (Gary); and her grandchildren, Nicholas Mier, Solomon Morales, Victoria Morales, Isabella Mier, Austin Martinez, Araceli Martinez, Ethan Martinez, Joaquin Rodriguez, Andres Rodriguez and Natalia Rodriguez.
