“Scott Carter was a great friend, a loving Father, and a True Believer. After losing his grandparents, and a brother he was my greatest mentor after losing the Father of my children. When I was mad at God Scott understood. He encouraged me to yell, to write a letter, and to help me in my darkest times. God used Scott to make a difference in my life!!! His faith was strong. We understood each other on a deep level and hearing he was shot I am overwhelmed with grief. I loved him dearly as a friend.”
