He is survived by: his wife Ermelinda Bejaran; his children, Rudy Gomez Junior, Jerry Bejaran, Jose Bejaran, Jaime Bejaran, Genevieve Gomez, Brenda Martinez, Ruby Luna, Roxanne Gomez, Priscilla Maldonado, Christina Bejaran and Veronica Trevino; and his siblings, Robert Gomez, Irene Gonzales, Estella Gomez Herrera, Norma Jean Ledezma and Sylvia Ledezma Goodman.
