He was predeceased by: his parents, William Travis "Pete" Rowell and Annie L.. He is survived by: his sister Janice McCoy of Denton; his sons, Travis Rowell of San Antonio and Trent Rowell (Judith); his grandchildren, Francis and Burnal of Stockdale; his daughter Amanda Morales (Salvador Morales); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Zaiden and Analeigha of Stockdale.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Stockdale (202 S 7th St, Stockdale, TX 78160). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cemetery St. Stockdale.
