She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertie Pearl Guess Schaefer and Albert Schaefer; and her son Elton Eugene "Bubba" Taylor. She is survived by: her son Ernest Lee Taylor. She is also survived by three grandsons; one granddaughter and eight great-grandchildren.
