He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Smith and Henry Smith; and his brother Stan Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jannette Smith; and his children, Richard Smith (Susan) of Houston, TX, Dannette Johnson (David) of Wilmington, DE and Darylin Smith (Renee) of San Antonio, TX.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (9944 Leslie, San Antonio, TX 78254). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery (9944 Leslie, San Antonio, TX 78254).
