Chavez III and Richard Lee Chavez (Sara Liu Chavez); his mother Maria Del Carmen Salazar; his siblings, Gloria Garcia (Lorenzo), Lilia Payne (Barry), Geraldo Chavez (Lupe), Carlos Chavez (Pearl), Juan Chavez (Irene), Reynaldo Chavez (Rachel), Linda Chavez, Angel Chavez (Rochelle), Rocky Chavez and Raymond Chavez (Donna); and his pets, Leah, Tulip, Toro and Precious. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.
