He was predeceased by: his father Herman P. Medina; his sister Marisel Vargas; his grandparent Sanchez; and his siblings-in-law, Dolores S. Gonzales, Annette Gonzales and Richard Gonzales.
He is survived by: his wife Angelita S. Gonzales; his daughters, Monica Medina and Veronica Medina (Steven); his mother Yolanda S. Medina; his brothers, Herman Medina, Jr. and Charlie Medina; his grandchildren, Aliyah R. Martinez, Adalynn R. Enriquez and Jayden A. Enriquez; and his mother-in-law Selia Gonzales. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
