He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Odilio, Alvina Herrera, Felix and Cruz Ramos. He is survived by: his parents, Felix Ramos and Mary Ann Ramos; his children, Tiffany Reyes (Marcos) and Richard Ramos Jr.; and his grandson Xavier L. Reyes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
