He is survived by: his wife Valerie A Quesada-Martinez; his children, Leroy, Jesse, Rosalinda, Diana, Margarita, Richard, Jr., Albert Eddie and Theresa; and his siblings, Maria Alicia, George and Oscar Mario. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
