With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penelope R. Wiscombe (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on October 24, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roy Roberts and Vela Jo Hall Roberts; and her siblings, Maxine, Zelma Jo, John, Michael, Faye, Peggy and Bette.
She is survived by: her children, James C. Wiscombe II, Joel C. Wiscombe and Jayme C. Wiscombe Duarte; her son-in-law Jaime Valenzuela; her grandchildren, Ashley, Andres, Aidan, Jordan, Allante, Caitlin, Jalynn, Damian, Owen, Zack and Azaiah; and her great grandchildren, Aleyah, Ava, Alaina, David, Andre and Damone. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
