He is survived by: his children, Henry Alvarez, Albert Alvarez (Uriel Lopez), Deborah "Debbie" Alvarez, Noelia Victa (Justin), Leticia Aguilar (Ignacio) and Christine Villarreal (Jose Luis Villagomez); his former wife Velia Villarreal; and his siblings, Irene Garcia and John Villarreal. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, as well as by extended family and friends.
