She is survived by: her brother Matt Mascal (Beth) of Illinois; her children, Teresa (Sondra), Paul (Vicky), Stephen (Renee) and Julia (Kevin); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Danielle, Dallas, James, Christopher and Anna; her former husband Dennis A. Nelson of Nevada; and her daughter-in-law Dawn Nelson of Oregon.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266).
