The memory of Olga T. Govea (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on April 12, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Octaviano Trevino and Emilia Trevino; her siblings, Eduardo, Octaviano Jr., Isabel, Mauro, Reynaldo and Elia; her in-laws, Miguel and Rosa Govea; and her son-in-law Albert Noble.
She is survived by: her husband Jesse Govea; her daughters, Rose Ramos, Gracie Chapa (Mario), Diana Noble and Linda Shaffer (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Richard Ramos (Carrie), Michael Ramos (Claire), Michelle Tealer (Harrington), Chris Ramos (Amy), Xavier Chapa, Brian Noble, Brett Noble (Nicole), Brandon Noble (Jenna), Travis Shaffer (Katie) and Nicholas Shaffer; and her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Evan Ramos, Noah Smith, Connor, Layla, Eliana Noble, Troy and Cole Shaffer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church (1602 Thousand Oaks Dr, San Antonio, TX 78232). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the San Fernando Cemetery No. (746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237).
