She was predeceased by: her father Edward Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Amaris Dempsey (Ni'Asia); her siblings, Josiah L. Bates, Zyanah A. Bates and Nehemiah F. Johnson; her grandmothers, Frances Dempsey and Marshelle Johnson; her aunt Elizabeth Dempsey; and her uncles, Zanmielle Dempsey and Trey Wilkerson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tried Stone Baptist Church (551 Canton, San Antonio, TX 78202). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Park (7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd, San Antonio, TX 78239).
