He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Hallmark Sr. and Dorothy Bowers; and his children, Todd Allen Hallmark and Kelsey Blair Hahnel. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hallmark; his daughter Stephanie Louise Turbeville; his grandchildren, Trevor Crawford, Tristin Crawford, Avery Hahnel and Lane Hahnel; and his great grandchild Travis Crawford.
