Vlasek (Denise); his grandsons, Cody and Dylan Vlasek; and his nephews, Jody, Clifford Rice, Dennis Vlasek and Scott Kinsel. He is also survived by three sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
