He was predeceased by: his mother Jacque Neil Rakowitz; and his grandparents, Jack Neil, Iris Neil, Gus Rakowitz and Elizabeth Rakowitz.

He is survived by: his father Michael Rakowitz; his sister Sabrina Espinoza (Eric Espinoza); his nephews, Isaiah and Elijah Espinoza; and his godmother Marjorie Steinhofer. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, friends.
