He was predeceased by: his aunts and uncles, Mary Ann Fuller, Lonn Poage (Darlene), Wayne Miller (Yolette), Rick Hudson (Janet), Dennis Dutton (Deena), Darrell and Carol Dutton.
He is survived by: his parents, Leroy Dutton and Joyce Dutton; his sisters, Cheryl Johnson (Doug) and Dr. Jonelle Gaddis; his nephews, Christopher Johnson (Makenzie), Braeden Johnson (Dana) and Christian Gaddis; his niece Alexis Lemke (Matt); and his uncles, George Miller (Elaine) and Chuck Fuller.
Memorials may be given to the Wichita County High School Cross Country Program of Leoti, KS., and may be mailed to Cheryl Dutton Johnson at P.O. Box 179, Leoti, KS 67861.
