He is survived by: his wife Olga; his children, Michael C. Hoffman, Jr. (Kristian), Mark G. Hoffman, Martin "Marty" Hoffman, Mathew Hoffman and Michelle Hoffman; his stepson Ray R. Hernandez (Celeste); his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Tristen, Bryce and Seth; his stepgranddaughter Mary Louise; and his great grandchildren, Birdie and Carter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and host of friends.
