She was predeceased by: her parents, Shield Hall Lane and Mary Viola Lane; her husband Joseph Evanko; her daughter Jan Fulton; and her siblings, Clyde Lane, James Lane, Gerald Lane of Shield Lane, JR, Douglass Lane, Mae E Beason, Florence Usery, Betty King and Dorthy Howard.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Adams (Sherry); and her sister Barbara Harrington (Lary). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews, friends.
