He was predeceased by: his father Mark Anthony, Sr.; his grandmother Gloria Hernandez; his uncles, Terry Torres and Tommy Torres; and his great-grandparents, Maria and Melquiades "Kila" Cruz.

He is survived by: his mother Tracy Cruz; his sisters, Alexis Cruz and Mercedes Blanco (Robby); his grandparents, Adrianna Cruz and Juan Hernandez; his nieces and nephews, Lilliana Garcia, Cole Garcia and Skye Garcia; and his aunts and uncles, Brandy Bernal, Teresa Cruz, Tony Torres, Roy Cruz, George Cruz and Rudy Cruz.
