She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Calkins and Alice Stone; her husband Edgar Eugene "Gene" Bonner; her sister Madelyn Yensen; her brother-in-law Marcus J. Yensen; and her brother Thomas Calkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Garner (Stan) of San Antonio and Jan Sumrall (Mac) of Birmingham, Ala; and her grandchildren, Shaunna Garner of San Antonio and Ryan Sumrall of Birmingham, Ala. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
