She was predeceased by: her former husband Clarence Miles. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Michael Hendricks, Sr.; her son Lamarque Miles (Elise); her sisters, Cathy Sullivan, Blanche Byrd, Valerie Lewis and Cherry Meriweather (Otis); and her aunt Gladys Lewis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gilead Baptist Church (1319 E Crockett St, San Antonio, TX 78202). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Meadowlawn Memorial Park (5611 E Houston St, San Antonio, TX 78220).
