She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Alphonse Collins, Sr. and Germaine Elise Babin; her husband Marion Orville Turner (M. O.); and her siblings, Elmo Alphonse "Buddy" Collins, Jr., Patrick B. Collins and Marietta Collins Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Willoughby (Lee) and Tim Turner (Elizabeth); her siblings, Thomas E. Collins (Houston) and Carol G. James (San Antonio); her brother-in-law Terry E. Davis (Nev); her grandchildren, Adam Willoughby (Jaime), Calif, April Willoughby Edson (Vince) and Auburn; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Whitney Willoughby; her sister Châm; her grandchildren, Sophie and Lincoln Le; and also Phuong Le (Trinh). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
