He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro S. Ramos and Rosa G. Ramos; and his siblings, Elisa Ortiz, Angelita Rivera, Pedro Ramos Jr. and Margarita Perez.
He is survived by: his children, Luis Ramos Jr., Pedro Ramos and Regina Ramos; his children-in-law, Lorena Martínez-Ramos and Shunta Childress; his grandchild Rozie Noble (Josh Smith); his great grandchildren, Zaniyah Smith, Jazlyn Smith and Delilah Ramos; and his grandson Tommy Lee Noble.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Castle Ridge Mortuary (8008 Military Dr W, San Antonio, TX 78227). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Resurrection of the Lord Catholic Church (7990 Military Dr W, San Antonio, TX 78227).
