It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorenzo Villarreal (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolfo Villarreal and Guadalupe Villarreal; his wife Elizabeth Josephine Villarreal; his daughter Brenda Lutz (Villarreal); and his siblings, Beatrice Cristo, Adolfo Villarreal Jr., Abelardo Villarreal and Ernesto Villarreal.
He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Villareal (Margaret), Arleen (Villarreal) and Moczygemba (Don); his grandchildren, Cecily Villareal and Zachary Lutz; his sisters, Ada Maldonado and Guadalupe'Nena'Trevino (Augustine); his sister-in-law Louisa Villarreal; and his niece Irma Carreon (Ralph). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, as well as friends.
