Zapata; her daughters, Jennifer Jeitz (Jason Jeitz) and Roxanne Ruks; her grandchildren, Kirsten, Kasen Jeitz, Gavin Ruks (Angelina Roldan), Claire Ruks and Brooke Noyola; and her siblings, Richard Valdez (Judy), Henry Valdez (Belen), Michael Valdez and JoAnne Tristan (James). She is also survived by her family and close friends.
