He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Gonzalez and Francisco Gonzalez; and his siblings, Juanita Gonzalez, Esperanza Gonzalez, Felix Gonzalez, Manuel "Memo" Gonzalez, Fidencio Gonzalez and Ernesto Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his children, Rosa Laura Gonzalez, Blanca Estrella Gonzalez, Leopoldo Javier Gonzalez and Jose Angel Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Alyssa Nirvana Gonzales, Adalyn Marie Gonzales, Nathan D'Angelo Smith, Tommie Alexander Smith, Angela Maria Gonzalez, Leah June Gonzalez, Tania Gonzalez and Emmanuel Gonzalez; and his brother Cesar Sanchez Martinez.
