He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto LaWayne Miller, Sr. and Betty Russell Miller; his wife Rita Miller; his sister Ginger Spielbauer (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Rebecca and Ray Robbins (Dianna); and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Robbins (Dawn), Ryan Robbins (Demra), Marla Finley (Trey), Michael Huel (Traci), Ty Miller, Chrystal Edwards and Sammy Wenzel Jr. (Jodi).
