She is survived by: her children, Kathy Powell, Tyrone Powell and Richard Powell; her grandson Kashaun Powell; her godson Kalani Fortunato Lagapa-Talbott; her sister Rose Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Nora Lee and Freddie Lee Powell; and her uncles, Norm (Liz), Lordy (Sara) and Roy. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins.
