She is survived by: her husband Dimitri Kolijn; her children, Zoe and Noah Kolijn; her parents, James Kimbell and Brigitte Kimbell; and her siblings, Kevin Kimbell and Karen Kimbell.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Kim's name to the American Lung Association.
